Questions founders ask before booking

What does it cost to work with you?

Depends on how much you want off your plate. Brands work with us one of three ways:

  • Monthly check-in. A few hundred dollars a month. We look over your email and tell you what to fix.
  • Full service. A monthly retainer plus a performance fee, in the thousands. We run everything, A to Z.
  • 90-day accelerator. A set, prepaid 90 days where we build our system with you, so your in-house team can take it over after.

We’ll tell you which one fits on the call.

How fast will I see results?

A lot of brands notice a lift in the first 30 days. Most see it within 90, which is why we work in 90-day blocks.

Your automations go live in the first 7 days, 60+ emails. Then we run a campaign calendar built off your list, so the right people get the right email at the right time.

What flows do you build?

Eight core flows that cover the whole journey, before and after someone buys, with separate paths for customers and for people who haven’t bought yet. That’s 60+ emails, live in 7 days. We’ll walk you through the specifics on a call.

Do you only work in Klaviyo?

No. But Shopify plus Klaviyo is what we know best, and it’s where we do our best work. On something else? Bring it up on the call.

What size brands do you work with?

Usually brands doing at least $500K a year. Most of the brands we work with are around $5M, and the biggest are around $100M a year.
